The cockpit makes the boat, that's what the current owners tell us about the Extended Riviera 47 Open Fly Bridge and when you step on board I'm sure you will agree !
Maintained to a very high standard by the current owners who are just the second family to call this boat home, this is a boat that should be very high on your list and a must to inspect !!
At about 55 feet length overall this is a lot of boat !
Extended from new this 47 Riviera has a huge carpeted cockpit measuring 3.36m long x 3.60m wide !! Ideally suited to the WA boating lifestyle. Room for all the family and the friends, the paddle boards, the kayaks and the kids. A double rail stainless steel full length awning giving you protection from the sun and supporting the Zodiac tender compete with a set of cockpit breeze ways, this really is the ideal cockpit space for relaxing at Rotto. Easy access to the GRP swim platform with twin corner Stainless Steel railing, bait board and BBQ mounts along with a centrally located recessed ladder. Huge amounts of under floor and coaming storage nothing will be out of place. Perfect.
An open plan Saloon has been the preference of the current family with the dinette table removed but this is in storage and can be fixed back into place without an issue. The traditional Port side lounge with the Starboard side being open and sporting a host of high gloss timber finished lockers. Twin over head electric lockers, Air conditioning, Alarm system and recently replaced Saloon carpets have this boat looking a lot younger than the HIN would indicate. Relaxing at the end of the day with the kids watching their favourite movie on the Samsung TV while mum and dad watch the sun go down on the back deck with a G&T.....
Plenty of accommodation options in this 47 with at least 9 berths available ! The Traditional forward master berth with island style bed, AC and a private ensuite located in the bow, a Starboard side midships stateroom with a triple single installation with the option of converting the lower beds to a Super King berth also ensuited from the day head and with its own AC. The port side double bunks for the little ones and the option of making the Fly Bridge lounges into an additional double if required. Fill the boat with the whole family and enjoy extended getaways.
